Refunds & Cancellation

Our refund/cancellation policy. If we have started your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange within 72 hours /3 days of the pickup/delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a refund/cancellation, you must cancel your order by emailing us on your order confirmation email 72 hours /3 days before the pickup/delivery date of your order.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please respond to your order confirmation email.

 

 

Exchanges

Changed your mind with your order? No problem, we can exchange the item for a new item in our shop, as long as we have not started your original order. Please respond to the order email confirmation before 72hours/ 3 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

 

Shipping & Pickup

We offer local Calgary, Chestermere, and surrounding area delivery at a flat rate of $20.

Pickup in Chestermere, Alberta. The full address will be included in your order confirmation email.
